NetTel USA, Inc. is a centralized, single office operation. Our 15,000 sq. ft. facility accommodates 125 workstations to better serve our customers. This has allowed us to maintain a level of internal control that simply cannot be achieved by larger multi-site organizations. Because a centralized operation is more cost effective, we are able to invest a greater portion of our revenues back into training, more hands on management, and better communication tools. Our relationship with our sister company, Sunrise Credit Services, Inc. also allows for massive growth on very short notice should that be a need. The bottom line is that our organization is structured to serve both small and large customer contact projects. OUR FOCUS IS YOU.
